Handpicked and gently pressed with full solids and pressings included, then aged on lees and stirred occasionally. Fermented and matured in 33% new French oak. No fining.
Tasting Notes: Pale gold in colour. Yellow peach, pear and lemon pith layered with fresh cream, wet slate, and almond. Rich and generous, with a soft texture balanced by a clean, fresh finish. Mineral drive and subtle oak spice linger on the palate, while extended lees work adds texture and width, supported by fine, balanced phenolics.
