Welcome to Zymo Wines. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms:

1. Single-Person Business

   • Zymo Wines is a one-woman operation. Orders are fulfilled as quickly as possible, but processing times may take up to 7 days.

2. Orders & Availability

   • All products are subject to availability. I reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if necessary.

3. Pricing & Payment

   • Prices are listed in AUD. GST is not currently included, but may apply in the future if the business becomes registered. Payment is required at the time of purchase.

4. Shipping

   • Orders are shipped within Australia only. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

5. Age Restriction

   • You must be 18 years or older to purchase alcohol. Orders are subject to age verification.

6. Liability

   • Zymo Wines is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury caused by the use of our products beyond the obligations stated in our Return & Refund Policy.

7. Changes to Terms

   • These terms may be updated from time to time. The most current version will always be available on this website.
