Shipping Policy
Zymo Wines is a one-woman operation, and I personally handle all orders. I aim to have all orders packed and shipped within 7 days. If your order is urgent, please contact me at zymo@zymowine.com.au and I will do my best to prioritise it.
In the event that I am away from home for an extended period of time, I will contact you regarding when I will return to pack and ship your order. If the proposed timeframe is unacceptable, I will offer a full refund.
Please order in multiples of 6 bottles.
