Zymo Wines is owned and made by Sierra Blair, a California native who has called Tasmania home since 2018.

Sierra is the winemaker for Ghost Rock and Supernatural Wines on Tasmania’s Cradle Coast, and she also crafts wines for several clients around the state as a contract winemaker.

Zymo began as Sierra’s passion project, a creative outlet alongside her day job, and has evolved into a small, independent label focused on fruit sourced from vineyards she works closely with.

Sierra’s work has earned notable accolades for Ghost Rock wines, and she is an emerging wine show judge in Australia, contributing her perspective to the next generation of Tasmanian wine.
